The Content Management team leads client relationships and provides highly regarded strategic consultation. They are responsible for ensuring all content is produced to the highest standard, with insight at its core. The team are brand guardians – they work with clients like partners, immersing themselves in their brand’s worlds, and ensuring that all output is best in class.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting on client briefs and needs to develop project plans that meet objectives
- End-to-end project and client management across content creation – from briefing to finances to resource planning
- Coordination and management of internal NAS specialist teams as projects require
- Creating clear briefs for NAS creative teams that are underpinned by strategic thinking
- Strategic review and development of all content to ensure creative output ladders to objectives and brief
- Constant cultural and industry listening to proactively provide client counsel, guidance and ideas on new opportunities within content and communications landscape – and delivering best-in-class strategic guidance to clients
- Supporting new business opportunities and building business models around new services
- Leading on innovation areas, feeding into new business strategy
Project & Client Management
- Client management: Daily client contact; developing client relationships to become a trusted partner who always delivers
- Finance management: Budget negotiation, tracking and reporting
- Account management: Account administration and reporting
- Project scoping: Developing rigorous project scopes, managing scope delivery to ensure it is met and not exceeded
- Project management: Ensuring all projects are managed rigorously and with brand strategy at its core. Considering every stage of the process and clearly communicating with all stakeholders at every touch point
Strategy
- Strategy development: Interrogating client objectives and goals and form strategies for projects and content
- Planning: Identifying opportunities and developing goals to drive projects forward
- Reporting & analysis: Briefing and managing internal teams to provide analysis and learnings and devise into clear format for client, to aid and propose constant improvement
- Business development: Sharing proactive ideas with senior team to support in account growth
- Research: Developing research briefs for Listen Team, collaborate with Listeners to form client research projects
- Brand listening: Responsible for daily listening on relevant topics and audiences for your clients, ensuring regular proactive sharing with clients
Team
- NAS values: Embodying NAS culture, setting an example to the wider team, enforcing internal processes
- Team development: Managing any junior direct reports, including holding 1-2-1s, providing thorough feedback, time and task management, supporting CD on performance reviews
- Internal communication: Communicating efficiently and according to internal process, ensuring senior managers are kept up to date
Content Management
- Planning: Defining content requirements for project, own content planning including calendars and content trackers
- Briefing: Creating clear content briefs for NAS specialist teams and suppliers, in line with strategy, empowering them to create their best work
- Content review: Reviewing all content created to ensure it reflects brand needs and objectives, providing feedback to creative teams to ensure delivering to brief
- Brand guardianship & quality control: Ensuring projects and deliverables live up to brand objectives and requirements
