Impero
THE COMPANY
Our client is an independent, award-winning, design-focused creative agency. They work with high-profile, global brands such as George at ASDA, Estee Lauder, Chivas, Corona, Budweiser, Nature Valley, Paco Rabanne, BA Cityflyer and many others. They’ve been nominated for two Agency of The Year(s), including The Drum DADI Agency of the Year in 2022. They were also shortlisted as Campaign Independent Agency of the Year and, for two years running, made it onto Campaign Magazine’s 100 best places to work. This year they have their sights set on a D&AD and/or Cannes Lion. Oh, but they’ve already won silver at the British Arrow Awards.
There’s about 50 of them (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time because they’re still young, ambitious and do great work. They’re also 70% female, with a 50/50 gender split on the senior team. They proudly have 100% pay parity, and it annoys them that they even have to mention that as something unique within this industry. They’re super ambitious, brutally honest and consistently deliver.
Located in Wapping, London and Buenos Aires, this agency uses passion, ingenuity, and an anything-is-possible attitude to deliver work across all platforms. Not surprisingly, this is a growing agency, so they’re looking for someone who wants to be part of and help drive that growth.
