Container search allows for 30SIX to provide you with candidates who match the brief from a passive pool of candidates. As this doesn’t follow the same structure as a retained search, it has the flexibility to move the fee to another role. Therefore the guaranteed result isn’t the result that was originally agreed to.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE WORK?

The commencement fee is one third of the agreed fee. The final instalment is made once a contract with a candidate is in place.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CANDIDATE YOU FIND LEAVES IN THEIR 1ST YEAR?

As we’ve entered into a partnership with you, we guarantee each candidate for 12 months and will offer a free replacement if they were to leave prior to this.
