–   A rapidly growing business with openings in their client service team, which they were struggling to fill direct.

–   The agency specialises in social media with a key interest in the esports and gaming sector, which makes it difficult to attract people with a background in the sector at a senior level.

–   They had used recruiters to search for them and tried advertising themselves, with mismatched candidates presented and interviewed, which was tiring for the team.

Our Solution

–   We took a thorough briefing to understand the uniqueness of the business and what candidates would be best suited for them

–   Targeted outreach to 200 candidates within London, who had social media and gaming experience.

–   After the success of the initial search for a senior account manager, we also placed a senior account director who is winning pitches in excess of £2m across the business
