The Challenge
– A rapidly growing agency, with ambition to grow the agency by 100% over the next 5years (2022 – currently at 100 persons)
– The agency are a fully integrated agency across BTL, digital and experiential
– They had used recruiters to search for them, and found the process tiring and taking up a lot of time from the team meeting with candidates who were presented
– Had multiple recruiters working on a role, as they thought this was the best solution to fill a role quickly
Our Solution
– We looked at the approach they took to hiring, and how they were represented to candidates. We then proposed our solution to a better route to market.
– We were initially instructed to find a senior strategist for their team, we found them 5 matching candidates, with one successful hire, who is still with them now (placed in 2021 – written in Sept 2023)
